Why Are You Always Wearing a Dress?

This question has been asked of me countless times.  If you read my bio on this website, you’ll see that I was even asked this when I was a young girl and everyone was wearing jeans every day of their lives.

I like pants and I like jeans, too.  And, I do wear them quite a bit.  But, I probably will be found most days in a dress.  And here’s why:

  •  Dresses don’t cling to me in uncomfortable places;
  •  Dresses are more flattering to a curvy figure — like mine (and other figure types, as well);
  •  Dresses are more exciting to wear;
  •  I love a simple dress and fabulous jewelry — no other outfit even comes close to it for comfort, sophistication and ease;
  •  I hate underpants and under dresses I can wear either tights or very comfy, skimpy undies that under some pants and jeans don’t work;
  •  I can dress a dress up or down, depending on the shoes and other accessories picked to go with it;
  •  I always feel feminine and beautiful when I’m in a dress — and slim!
  •  My husband loves dresses;
  •  I’m so happy not to be dressed like everyone else;
  •  I never have to worry about what’s sticking out in a dress, i.e. my behind, my stomach, etc…
  • A dress is so much less complicated than pants or jeans and tops, sweaters, t-shirts, etc… put on your dress and your flip-flops and go…!
  • I feel youthful and sophisticated all at the same time when I’m in a dress;
  • I love dresses.
